Helmed by Cape Wine Master Marius Malan, the boutique label operates on a strict philosophy of natural guidance over forced production, utilizing wild yeasts and mature French oak barrels to create complex, unrefined expressions. Their specialized ranges include crisp, fruit-forward Non-Boisé Chenin Blancs influenced directly by the local ocean micro-climate, alongside rich, old-world style Syrahs and deeply concentrated Malbecs. Operating out of Bistro 365, the venue provides an incredible, intimate stopover for overlanders and wine enthusiasts to experience guided pairings directly from the source.
