About Eagle’s Cliff Wines
Eagle’s Cliff Wines is a South African boutique wine estate established in 2000 by winemaker Christiaan Groenewald in the Breede River Valley region near Worcester, Western Cape. The winery produces several product ranges, including its premium Arendskloof label, the lifestyle-oriented Eagle’s Cliff range, and the Dwyka Hills and Hoeks Rivier selections. Driven by a terroir featuring dual-aspect vineyards and varied soils near the Hoeks River, the estate has achieved notable industry recognition, with Groenewald being named the Diners Club Winemaker of the Year in both 2013 and 2017. The estate features an on-site tasting room and specialized Champagne Lounge that operates Monday through Friday, alongside hosting private functions, corporate events, and weddings against the backdrop of the local mountain ranges.
