Audacia is a family-owned boutique winery located in the heart of the "Golden Triangle" at the foot of the Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch. It is particularly famous for its pioneering "healthier option" red wines, which are naturally preserved using indigenous Rooibos and Honeybush toasted wood chips instead of added sulphur or preservatives.
