Setting out on a quest to create ‘The Best Burger’, we visited the top burger joints in the ‘Burger Capitals of the World’ – Chicago, New York and Las Vegas, and then tapped into the expertise of Belthazar’s Master Butcher, our 27 years’ of experience in making sauces at our SABS HACCP factory, and feedback from hundreds of burger tastings with colleagues, friends and customers
