About Mitchells Plain Parkrun
The Mitchells Plain parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 08:00 AM at Westridge Gardens in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town. It features a three-lap course over a mix of grass, gravel, and paved paths, and is entirely managed by local volunteers. While participation is free, runners and walkers must register online beforehand and bring their scannable parkrun barcode to receive an official timed result.
