About Malmesbury Parkrun
Malmesbury parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 08:00 in Malmesbury, Western Cape. The single-loop route begins near Barocca Street, featuring a flat stretch along "Die Bos" before transitioning into a challenging 1km uphill climb that offers panoramic views of the Swartland countryside. The course concludes through a shaded Bluegum forest, and while participation is free, runners and walkers must bring a scannable barcode to receive an official finish time.
