About Fish Hoek Parkrun
The Fish Hoek parkrun is a free, weekly community 5km event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Fish Hoek Sports Fields in Cape Town. The flat but varied course consists of two anti-clockwise loops covering grass, gravel, paved paths, and sandy single-tracks. Participants must register online once before attending and bring their scannable barcode to receive a timed result.
