About Cape Agulhas parkrun
The Cape Agulhas parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM in L'Agulhas, South Africa. The flat out-and-back course is run on a mix of grass, gravel, and trail paths along the coastline, turning around near the historic Agulhas Lighthouse. While participation is entirely free, runners and walkers must register online beforehand and bring a scannable barcode to receive an officially recorded time.
