About Bellville Parkrun
The Bellville parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at Jack Muller – Danie Uys Park in Cape Town. Participants can walk, jog, or run the multi-lap course, which features a mix of paved paths and dirt roads. While registration is free, runners must bring a copy of their personal parkrun barcode to receive an official finish time. The event is entirely organized by local volunteers, and dogs are not permitted on the course.
