About Harlo & Co Handcrafted Gelato

We craft our gelatos and sorbets from scratch using as many local ingredients as possible without adding any flavoring or coloring. Our products are made with the highest quality ingredients, meaning we only use couverture chocolate, and not compound chocolate. We use fresh milk and cream. We don't buy imported base powders or flavorings, which is typical of many gelatarias. While these imported flavorings pack a punch and make it easier to make gelato, they are almost always made with added flavoring.
