About Hermanus Golf Club
Hermanus Golf Club is a premier 27-hole facility located in the heart of Hermanus, Western Cape, renowned for its spectacular mountain and sea views. Originally founded in 1907 as an 18-hole course, it was extensively remodelled in 2006 by architect Peter Matkovich to include an additional nine holes and modern water features. Layout: The club features three nine-hole loops (East, North, and South) that can be combined for varied 18-hole rounds. Wildlife: The course is famous for its resident Springbok population and occasional whale sightings in the nearby bay during peak migration (June–December).
