Gourits Fishing Charters is a deep-sea angling operator based at 2 Kruger St, Gouritz, 6696, along South Africa's Explorer's Garden Route. Operating primarily out of the coastal town of Gouritsmond between Stilbaai and Mossel Bay, the charter is led by skipper Org Nieuwoudt and conducts excursions aboard the Rogue, a 28.6 ft semi-displacement catamaran equipped with twin Suzuki 200hp engines.

Excursions target local fishing banks where anglers can hook species such as yellowtail, hake, red roman, rock cod, and massive Kabeljou (Cob), while practicing a strict tag-and-release policy for vulnerable species like the poenskop. The peak operational window runs from October to April, and while bait, tackle, and custom rigs are provided on board, guests must bring their own refreshments and possess a valid South African fishing licence.
