The Guga S’Thebe Arts and Culture Centre is a public cultural hub located in Langa, Cape Town, designed by architect Carin Smuts. The award-winning complex features striking exterior mosaic murals, artist studios, and a 200-seat children's theatre constructed from recycled shipping containers and straw. Dedicated to community empowerment and the preservation of local heritage, the center hosts traditional drumming, pottery workshops, and performing arts while offering a retail space for local crafters to sell handmade goods.
