About Brodie Link Nature Reserve
The Brodie Link Nature Reserve (specifically located near the JVV2+37 Betty's Bay plus code sector) is an incredibly valuable ecological sanctuary that acts as a vital wildlife and plant corridor connecting the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve directly with the Atlantic coastline. Spanning across a beautiful block of farm portions originally secured by the Brodie family to prevent urban developments, the reserve preserves a hyper-diverse expanse of pristine mountain fynbos. Its celebrated hiking track the Brodie Link Trail follows a relatively gentle, non-summit mountain route that rewards walkers with spectacular, uncrowded panoramic views stretching across both the Pringle Bay and Betty's Bay shorelines.
