The Frederika Preserve Admiral Zone is a specific coastal conservation area located within the Frederika Nature Preserve in Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is part of an 8-hectare mature, virgin dune forest registered as a South African Natural Heritage Site (Number 125). It protects critical coastal biodiversity and serves as a "green lung" for the area. The Frederika Trail is a roughly 1 km path (2 km return) that leads through the forest from residential areas to the beach. It includes a view deck and is known for sightings of bushbuck, duiker, mongoose, and diverse bird species.
