The Whale Deck - Umtentweni Conservancy is a scenic wooden lookout point located on the KZN South Coast, specifically on Old Saint Faiths Road in Umtentweni, Port Shepstone. Built and maintained by local community volunteers, it serves as a premier land-based vantage point for observing marine life and enjoying the coastline. Whale & Dolphin Watching: It is a prime spot to witness the annual migration of humpback and southern right whales (typically May to December) as they travel toward Mozambique. Resident dolphins and seabirds are also frequently spotted.
