About Buffalo Bridge
The Buffalo Bridge is a historic landmark located on an Unnamed Road between Newcastle and Utrecht in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. It spans the Buffalo River and marks the historical shared border between the Zuid-Afrikaansche Republiek (ZAR) and the former Colony of Natal. Structure: The bridge features a steel superstructure consisting of four spans of girder trusses, each 15 metres long.
