The Fourth Raadsaal, located at 10 President Brand Street in Bloemfontein Central, is a prominent historical landmark that currently serves as the seat of the Free State Provincial Legislature. Completed in 1893, this Renaissance-style building was originally the parliament for the independent Republic of the Orange Free State. It is widely considered one of the most beautiful buildings in the city, featuring a red brick exterior, a grand dome, and a portico with Ionic columns.
