The Sharpeville Memorial, also known as the Sharpeville Human Rights Precinct, is a historic site in the Sedibeng township of Sharpeville, South Africa. It commemorates the 69 people killed by apartheid police on 21 March 1960 during a peaceful protest against pass laws.
