About Xamidimura Telescope
The Xamidimura telescope is a 0.5-metre robotic optical instrument located at the South African Astronomical Observatory (SAAO) station in Sutherland. Owned and operated by Keele University in the United Kingdom, it is housed in the enclosure that formerly contained the SuperWASP project. The instrument is dedicated to the scientific tracking and follow-up observation of eclipsing binary star systems.
