About Del Forno Mountain Lake
Del Forno Mountain Lake in Hartbeespoort, North West: Del Forno's menu delivers a rich blend of traditional Italian comfort and bold Mediterranean flavors, centered around high-quality ingredients and distinct cooking methods. The cornerstone of the kitchen is their authentic wood-fired pizza selection, ranging from classic thin-crust Margheritas to gourmet pies topped with premium salami, feta, and chilli. This is paired with an extensive pasta selection featuring rich Alfredo bowls, wine-infused prawn gamberi, and hearty oven-baked lasagne. Beyond dough and pasta, the kitchen showcases flame-grilled, 32-day aged grain-fed steaks, peri-peri chicken espetadas, and Portuguese-style beef trinchado, which is famously served inside an edible, freshly baked pizza basket.
