About Body 20 Harties The Island

Body20 Harties The Islands is an Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) fitness studio located at The Islands Shopping Centre in Broederstroom near Hartbeespoort, North West. Managed by franchise owner Nicolene Kruger, the boutique facility specializes in personalized, 20-minute full-body workouts that utilize electronic impulses to stimulate multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

Every session is guided by a personal trainer and incorporates advanced metrics, including regular InBody assessments to track body composition metrics like body fat percentage and skeletal muscle mass. The training programs are customized to address specific fitness goals, such as fat loss, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and joint or back pain management.
