Positioned next to a tranquil dam, the property features 116 grassed caravan stands, including 36 sites with private ablution facilities alongside standard shared options, as well as self-catering chalets.

Recreational amenities include heated and cold swimming pools, water slides, a super tube, free-to-use canoes, mini-golf, tennis courts, and catch-and-release fishing facilities. The resort operates primarily on weekends and during school holidays, closing annually for maintenance from the end of May until early August, and maintains a strict policy prohibiting pets.
