About Dullstroom Parkrun
The Dullstroom parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Dullstroom Dam & Nature Reserve in Mpumalanga. Recognized as the highest altitude parkrun in South Africa, the single-lap course features a mix of trail paths, grass, concrete paths, and wooden bridges that cross the Crocodile River and pass through a forest. The event is timed, open to walkers and runners, and allows dogs on short leashes, though participants must register online beforehand to receive their barcode.
