The estate features six distinct stone cottages positioned along a private 1.5-kilometre stretch of the Spekboom River, which is managed as a strict catch-and-release, barbless-hook trout fishery. Accessible via a rugged mountain pass that requires a high-clearance vehicle, the property provides access to hiking trails, historical Bokoni ruins, and diverse native wildlife.
