SWELL Salt Rock, previously known as the Fish Factory, is a seafood takeaway and dine-in establishment located at Shop 12 in the Salt Rock Shopping Centre along Basil Hulett Drive, situated just outside Ballito. The restaurant specialises in traditional coastal fare, with a menu featuring standard and grilled hake, hake bites, fish cakes, crispy calamari strips, scampi, and king prawns, alongside seafood combos, platters, and a selection of beef, chicken, and calamari burgers. In addition to its hot seafood selection, the venue serves artisan gelato. While the restaurant has built a local footprint serving the Ballito and Salt Rock coastal communities.
