Our passion and inspiration for simple and good food stems from our families’ origins, which is a little town in the south of Italy called Cava De’ Tirreni, just an hour away from the colourful and boisterous city - Napoli. We, at Napz, seek to make one of the most beloved dishes in the world, in the most traditional and authentic way: the Vera Pizza Napoletana.
