At La Pergola we celebrate Northern Italian cuisine. The mountainous terrain and cooler climate of Northern Italy is distinct from the rest of the Italian peninsula and its islands. This has resulted in a unique cuisine which is influenced as much by its neighbours; Austria, France, Slovenia and Switzerland, as it is by the Mediterranean flavours we have come to consider as Italian and normally find in the central and southern parts of Italy.
