Operations are coordinated by a central Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), which dispatches rapid response vehicles and intensive care unit (ICU) equipped road ambulances to accident scenes, medical emergencies, and inter-facility transfers. The service integrates with smartphone geolocation technology via the Netcare mobile application, allowing operators to track the exact GPS coordinates of callers and dispatch the nearest emergency vehicles.
