About Koepel Mega Zip Adventures
Koepel Mega Zip Adventures is an outdoor adventure activity located at the Kiepersol Country Retreat within the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site, situated near Parys in the Free State province. The experience features two sets of dual zipline cables stretching a total length of 1,200 metres, allowing riders to travel down the mountain at speeds ranging between 60 and 80 kilometres per hour.
Each tour includes a 4x4 mountain trip to the launch point under the supervision of qualified guides, requiring participants to navigate a short dirt walking track between the lines in closed footwear. The facility operates from Wednesday through Sunday during morning and early afternoon windows, providing dual-cable setups that accommodate tandem riding for visitors.
